Checkout
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card and the amount of your order will be billed to your card.
Canceling an order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email support@shopitstore.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Multiple shipping addresses
We can only ship orders to a single shipping address.
Methods of payment
We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
Shop-It accepts the following payment methods:

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Tax policy
- GST is included in the total price charged for goods and shipping for orders within Australia or shipped internationally
International customs duties
Please note that you may be liable for import
duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.

Please note: Prices shown are in AUD dollars only. This is intended only to provide a guide as international purchases will vary depending on the credit card provider the purchase is made through.
Shipping and handling
Australia
At Shop It we use Australia Post for all our local deliveries. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the item you buy at Shop It is available at the time of sale the designers aren't superhuman and can sometimes make a mistake or send us the wrong item, size, colour etc so in the very rare scenario that this happens there may be a delay while we correct your order. We will always let you know ahead of time if there is any kind of hold-up.
We like to keep things simple so regardless of how many items you order and where you live in Australia you only pay $9 (inc GST).

When do we ship?
Shop It ships twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. All you need to do is complete your order by 5pm Sunday for dispatch on Tuesday and by 5pm Wednesday for dispatch on Friday.
ALL orders within Australia will now be shipped via Express Post. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia and two business days for some harder to reach rural areas.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering from interstate labels there may be an extra 1-2 days on top of the estimated delivery time. As we do not hold any stock, all interstate items are sent to our warehouse and then shipped on to you.

We only ship to New Zealand presently - the cost is AUD$25.00 flat rate.
PLEASE NOTE: All Nicola Finetti, Nylon Flocks by Nicola Finetti and Nicola Finetti aXessory items CANNOT be shipped overseas.

Order Status
Checking Order Status
If you have placed an order with Shop-It, you will be sent an email at each stage of the order process and notified of any changes via email.
International package tracking
If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions or changes to your order, please call on +61 2 9331-0996 or email support@shopitstore.com.au any time call us.
Returns and Exchanges
Shop It offers refunds within 7 days of the shipping date. Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for store credit. Please note the return policies of individual stores may differ so always check the Returns policy before you make your purchase.**
FULL PRICED items can be returned for store credit or for a refund to the method of payment.
SALE ITEMS can be exchanged for colour, size or store credit only.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT RETURNED SALE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.
If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit.
If you have purchased a full priced item and would like to request a refund within the 7 day time period, please contact Customer Service: support@shopitstore.com.au
INDIVIDUAL STORE POLICIES
NICOLA FINETTI, NYLON FLOCKS AND aXESSORY, SECRET SQUIRREL and Manning Cartell - items can be returned within 7 days of the shipping date. Following this time the items are non-returnable. Please note that sale items are non-returnable at all times, so please choose your colour and size carefully. If swing tags are not attached, or the garment has been worn or altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return.
JAYSON BRUNSDON - Jayson Brunsdon do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged. Please bear this mind when ordering any sale items from Jayson Brunsdon.
Returning or exchanging items by mail

Login to your account by clicking on the "LOGIN" at the top of any page.

You will be prompted to login using your account information.

Once you login you will see a list of all previous orders you have made (VIEW MY ORDERS)

Please choose the order that you wish to return/exchange an item from and follow the instructions on screen. (Hint: if you don't have an option called Return Item then you've passed the returns time frame)

Pack and seal your return securely, and include the return form that is provided once you have completed the returns process online.

Returns will be sent directly to Shop-It and we will contact you if there are any issues. You can call us Monday to Friday between 9:00AM - 6:00PM AEST if you have any questions.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
