For best results, follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment. Washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air increases shrinkage. Washing a garment in cold water and air-drying minimises shrinkage.
Rinsed denim should be washed inside out in cold water before wearing it for the first time.
