Saving billing and shipping info

When saving your billing and shipping info, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. A phone number is required in case of delivery problems.

When you sign up for email updates, you will receive a newsletter approximately once a month with new arrivals, special offers, and sale announcements from stores you have subscribed to.

We use your past purchases as well as any preferences you've selected to provide you with the news you're most interested in.

Email and unsubscribing (registered users)

If you no longer wish to receive email newsletters from Shop-It, you can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link on any of our emails. Or, you can click on the My Account link at the bottom of any page on our site and then make sure the "Receive updates via email" is unchecked.

Please note: if you unsubscribe from our email newsletters, you will still receive any order related emails, including order confirmations and shipping confirmations.

If you have previously unsubscribed from email newsletters and/or postal mail and you would like to re-subscribe, please login to "My Account" and check the box for "Receive updates via email".

Email Unsubscribing (non-registered users)

If you do not have a password-protected account, but are still receiving email updates from Shop-It, please send an email to  support@shopitstore.com.au and advise us which email address you would like to remove from the mailing list.

You can manage your personal info, including your email address, password, billing info or email preferences at any time.

To access your account, click on the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site. From here, you can select an area you wish to update. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.

Please note: For your security, if you change your password or email address, we will delete your saved credit card info.

Creating a password

Creating a password means you'll enjoy faster and easier shopping. To keep your personal and credit information secure, do not use a password that can be easily guessed such as your user name or your real name.

Forgotten password

If you have a Shop-Itaccount and have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. Simply enter your email address and then click the "I forgot my password link" and we will provide you with your password hint. If you have any trouble retrieving your password please send an email to support@shopitstore.com.au and we will email your password to the address on your account.
